Wondering how much tech layoffs (particularly of H1B visa holders) will have an impact, including from H1B immigrants coming to the US and buying the higher end of the market.
I could see the tech slowdown having disproportionate effects on select markets, but I would expect it to be from lower overall compensation mostly and not a decline in H1B immigration (which has actually been rebounding alongside the labor market/end of COVID restrictions)
