Love the research and distillation of the snow storm of information into something I can wrap my brain around. I got hit pretty hard by AMZN, MSFT and GOOGL plunges but all companies are fundamentally great and Joseph gives me hope that they will turn around at some point. Thanks for the article Joseph. I wonder if the way online companies make cancelling subscriptions unnecessarily difficult is part of the reason for so many of them failing to thrive? Almost invariably they make it simple to subscribe but difficult to unsubscribe. That must inevitably harm their reputations over time, as their customers leave with a bad impression. I certainly hope so anyway: as a business practice, trying to trick your customers into staying is vile.
